zip 文件是 windows 下产生的，里边存在中文，直接解压文件名会产生乱码。
解决方法是：
export LANG=C 7z x filename.zip convmv -f cp936 -t utf8 -r --notest ./*

I had a really weird problem the other day where I tried to unzip a file and the decompression was all garbled. I'm not commercial real estate Ventura sure what caused it, but it was really frustrating. I tried a bunch of different things, but eventually I just had to give up and delete the file.
